BY VIRTUE OF POWERS vested in me, I, SIR
WILLIAM PEEL, Knight Commander of the Most
Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint
George, Knight Commander of the Most Excellent
Order of the British Empire, Governor and Commander-
in-Chief of the Colony of Hong Kong and its
Dependencies and Vice-Admiral of the same, do by
these presents appoint you STANLEY HUDSON DODWELL
provisionally, and subject to His Majesty's pleasure,
to be temporarily an Unofficial Member of the
Legislative Council in the place of the Honourable
Mr. W. H. Bell, who is temporarily absent from the
Colony.
GIVEN under my hand and the Public Seal of
the Colony, at Government House, Victoria, Hong Kong,
this 20th day of October, 1934.
